Products
We make every effort to accurately display cabinet styles, colors, finishes, dimensions, and specifications. Due to differences in monitors, lighting, manufacturing processes, and natural wood characteristics, actual products may vary slightly.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing or technical errors.
Order Acceptance
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been authorized and confirmation has been issued by RTA Cabinets Tampa.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying all cabinet sizes and quantities before ordering.
- Confirming measurements prior to purchase.
- Inspecting products upon delivery.
- Reporting shipping damage within 48 hours.
RTA Cabinets Tampa is not responsible for measurement errors supplied by the customer.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, photographs, graphics, and website materials are the property of RTA Cabinets Tampa and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products sold. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delays, or installation.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
